Looking For A Babysitter For 2 Kiddos In Minneapolis!

We are looking for a sitter for our daughter (2, will be 3 in Feb) and son (8 months). Ideally, this person would become someone that forms a relationship with our sweeties, and that we could call upon on an occasional, recurring basis. Specifically, there is a wedding we'd like to attend in January, as well as a family wedding we'll need help with in August, and the occasional date night here and there. We're looking for someone warm, who is skilled at being playful and building relationships with kids. It is likely that this person would primarily be watching our toddler after dinnertime and after our infant has gone to sleep, however we'd like them to be able to do some light meal prep and clean up if needed.
