Nanny For Our Sweet 11 Month Old

We have a sweet, happy almost 11-month-old boy who needs a responsible, caring, reliable nanny/long-term sitter while mom + dad work. Mom works from home the majority of the time. Our little guy is an only child. Our household has a friendly dog and 2 friendly cats. We'll need support with playing, feeding, changing, putting down for naps, and developmentally appropriate activities during his wake windows. Ideally, we'd also like some help with light housekeeping duties while he's napping, like laundry, light kitchen cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Preference for bilingual-Spanish. We have an immediate family member who has been a career nanny and we have a lot of respect for this work.
