We're looking for extra hands with our two kids starting in December. Flexible with start date, flexible with days and times. I imagine we could even be flexible week-to-week if needed. I (mom) am finishing grad school and will be home, but need help to be able to get work done. We have two girls- age 3 and (by December) 5 months. Baby is nursing so I keep her with me whenever possible. We have cats! We're super easygoing and looking for someone similar :)
