Looking For Energetic Nanny For 2 Active Girls

I am looking for a nanny that would love to help me care for my two of three wonderful girlies (8 and 10) and two hypoallergenic doodles . We have had some amazing nannies in the past that we consider family now, I hope to find another. Ideally, I would like someone that would be willing to work multiple years for consistency. We are an active gymnastics family and attend Spanish immersion schools (any background is a bonus, but not required). I share custody with ex, so it won't be every school day gig (7/10 school days). I would like help before school couple days a week (not required but ideal) and after school several days as well and full days 6-8/10 (Fridays not necessary) in the summer/school breaks since you would then work full days with the girls.
