There is a 13yo in the background, but the primary need is for help with my 9yo. She's a sweet kid but also has ADHD and some other alphabet soup, so likes things "just so" in order to get her work done. Job is basic after-school nanny: help with evening prep, get her from school to my home, make sure chores and homework happen (and provide some emotional support for them), some cleanup/laundry, help me get dinner on the table. Targeting 20 hrs/wk; willing to flex that up or down somewhat.
