Minneapolis - E14375 Location: Minneapolis MN Schedule: PT: 3 days per week, 8:30am-5:30pm/flexible Start: October 2024 Children: 1 child age 5 months Salary: $20-$22/Hour We are looking for a part time (3 days a week) up to full time nanny to watch our son who was born 4/9/2024. It is possible his grandmother can care for him 1-2x a week. Our baby will be 6 months old in October and we are looking for a 10/15 start with maybe a few days before then so everyone can get used to the new routine. We both work outside of the home but have flexibility to work from home and typically do 1-2x a week. We would need help from around 8:30 - 5:15/5:30 (could be 9 - 5) but are open to different time frames generally within this range. Our highest priority is that whoever is with our son be caring, attentive, dependable, and love infants / have experience with them and their development and be someone who we connect with. We would prefer a Spanish speaking nanny as Mom's family is from Venezuelan and the Caribbean so we would like our son to learn Spanish (but this is not a deal breaker). We have two cats and a dog (golden retriever who is 8 and very chill) so ideally the person likes pets and is not allergic. Help with light housework including our son's laundry, his meal prep (bottles currently then eventually solids), and putting away dishes and other such tasks would be helpful. Taking out the dog during the day could also be useful to us and to the extent they were able to do our laundry and/or cooking for the family that would be a bonus but is not required. Someone with reliable transportation is important and perhaps even someone who drives although our son is so small he is not currently going to many activities.
