Awesome Nanny Needed For 2 Children In South Minneapolis

I'm looking for a nanny to help with two very spirited little boys. They are very active and would need someone who is willing to get them out and about. We have memberships to the Zoo, Muesum and are willing to pay for indoor parks and other activities. I work from home, and my husband does construction and will occasionally be off, but we have enough gone on that we wouldn't be in your hair most of the time. Minimum hours are guaranteed regardless of time off unless you choose. The kids have preschool Tue-Thur until 12:00, but would need some extra assistance during off times, etc. Hours would be average of 18-20 hours per week, but would increase, if possible, to accommodate some work travel for me (typically once a month). Some light tidying up, snacks and meals for the kids would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
