Nanny Needed For My Children In Minneapolis.

I'm looking to go back to work part-time - days and time may vary week to week. However, I would like to establish as regular a routine as possible. There is a space to take care of the child on premise if the care giver would be open to occasionally being at the office with me. We don't have a routine for activities, wake-hours, naps, etc. yet. We just take each day as it comes. I would be interested in developing more of a pattern to his days. I do have a dog that goes to "doggy daycare" while I am at work however there may be instances when the dog would be at home. The caregiver could not be allergic to dogs as there is constantly dog hair in the house (despite my best efforts). O is just starting to teeth and will be starting on solid foods towards the end of September. Otherwise he is all formula fed.
