About the job
We are looking for a caregiver to help our family as we navigate the school year while our youngest receives a bone marrow transplant and other treatment to fight Stage IV lymphoma. We have three children (12, 11 and 9). Our 9 yo (son) will be undergoing cancer treatment and will mostly be cared for by family. Our 12 yo (son) and 11 yo (daughter) need someone to spend time with and care for them after school from 3pm-6 p.m. (M-F). We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with kids and planning things to do (e. g. library, parks). We may also need assistance transporting them to activities/appointments (e. g. tutoring, sports). Our 11-yo has certain special needs, so special needs experience is a plus. Also need someone who can commit to stringent infection prevention. More details available privately.
