Care Giver For 2 And A Half Year Old Little Boy During The Day While Mom And Dad Work

We are in need of part time childcare that goes with my husband's work schedule. I work nights and will need to sleep during or part of the day while he's at work. He only works part time, and we would be able to work out a schedule once we begin discussing childcare. We have a 2. 5-year-old little boy as well as 2 animals (large breed dog & a cat) so you must be okay with animals. We also may request the occasional date night, but that's not necessarily a requirement. We do live in an apartment, so we would like you guys to get some time outside and maybe in the pool during the warmer months. (if you're not comfortable with the pool, that's okay. just outside time is required!) Out son loves running, climbing, jumping (he does gymnastics!) and he is obsessed with dinosaurs and bluey. We aren't super strict on TV time, just make sure he gets outside and a good balance of play, rest, and fun! He is only 2, so we are still working on potty training, good manners, picking up after ourselves, and numbers and letters. We will supply flash cards, educational games, puzzles, and those sorts of fun things! We would really love our caregiver to be a confident driver, obviously being on time is really important (especially due to the nature of the jobs we do) and be flexible. I work in aviation and, though it isn't often, delays happen. We will need someone who is available to cover those unfortunate and unforeseen delays in my work schedule. We are also looking for someone confident with large dogs. (Our cat will pretty much hide until she gets to know you, but she's the cuddliest and sweetest girl ever) Our dog is pretty energetic, though he does love to lounge around. We probably wouldn't have you do too much for him, just be tolerant of his (excessive!) shedding. I'll provide lint rollers. don't worry! we have a covered parking garage for any time you need to park
