Fun, Easy Going Family Seeks Reoccurring Sitter A Few Days A Week + Some Date Nights.

We are a fun, easygoing family! Our family values include integrity, responsibility, and respect. We are looking for someone who has experience handling multiple children, (our 3-year-old and 8-year-old - they get along well) Our oldest is a very kind, respectful, kiddo who is happy to chat or help with any questions - but he will likely keep to himself. (Having just moved here, he is usually playing games online with his friends back in Colorado) We would love to find a date night sitter, who is also interested in a reoccurring schedule a few days a week to play with/keep our youngest entertained while the older kids are at school. We love energy here! Time management, creativity, and communication. Want more hours? Sure let's figure it out! Need to reschedule a day? Totally fine as long as you give reasonable notice ahead of time. I work from home so I am usually pretty flexible! Hiring info: first, we like to do a phone interview. If things go well and think it's a good fit-then we schedule a few hours for a paid trial run. Trial is usually 3ish hours, for an agreed upon rate so you can meet and engage with the kiddos, get to know me, the home, pets, as well as address any questions/concerns. After that, if all goes well and you're still interested-you're hired!
