Nanny Needed For 2 Boys (6&9) In Maple Grove, One With Special Needs

We are an active, nonstop busy family of four, unfortunately losing our long term nanny this fall. Our boys are both amazing in different ways. Our 6yr old was born with a rare genetic disorder which requires extra assistance as he doesn't walk on his own and is nonverbal. He can feed himself but is still in diapers and needs help with everyday tasks and transportation after school. Our 9yr old is self sufficient and just needs some attention when he is off the bus to do his homework and get a snack until we are done working. Both of us work from home and go into the office one day a week, but our schools have about 30 days off during the year that we would like help with on as well. We can add more hours earlier in the day for housework and errands, and into the evening as well so we can go to our older sons activities.
