Family of 5 in Long Lake: 7 YO and 4 YO daughters and 1 YO son. Hiring a long-term nanny who is reliable with passion for kids! Were big on family and community. We love to garden and find adventures. Were outside a lot playing at parks and hiking. We're active in our church and love sharing life with others! Our oldest is in 2nd grade, and middle is in preschool 3 days/week, so care will mostly be for our son. Hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 8-5. Start as soon as September 30! Looking for a nanny who can: -Keep a structured day but knows when to have fun. -Follow our brain-based, natural consequences parenting style. -Communicate well, ask questions and give feedback -Get kids outdoors, even in the winter -Help with light chores: kids laundry, meal prep, cleanup, etc. -Provide school transportation with a reliable car
