My child will be 3 months old at the end of November. I am a nightshift nurse that doesnt get home until 8 in the morning and my husband has to leave at 5:15 in the morning, so we would need a caregiver here by 5 a.m. I want someone who will interact and play with him during the day during tummy time, reading books to him, and doing developmental activities. I have a list of activities and a feeding schedule that I follow. I would need care until 2:00 somedays and noon other days. It depends on my work schedule. I will be home during the day sleeping so if you need anything I am there to help.
