We are looking for a housekeeper/nanny in Lake Elmo. The person selected would be an amazing multitasker with household management and cleaning skills AND childcare expertise! Looking for someone highly organized and self-motivated with a compassionate nature. They will have a schedule wherein each day they will have outlined tasks to accomplish. Each day starts with: 7-9 a.m. - help with getting kids ready and off to school, tidy up kitchen/main areas Monday: 9-12 p.m. - deep clean entire upstairs level excluding children's bedrooms. Tuesday: 9-11 a.m. - deep clean entire lower level. Wednesday: 9-11 a.m. - launder and replace all sheets and organize all household closets and kitchen drawers. Thursday: 9-11 a.m. - clean and organize children's bedrooms, do children's laundry, Friday: 9-12 p.m. - complete weekly odd jobs list 20-25hrs/wk
