About the job
They are all about 2yrs apart and go from getting along to fighting with each other in a quick minute!! Kids have been going thru a lot since my ex and I have separated and divorced in 2022theres too much going on there to even explain but it is an ongoing issue unfortunately! My kids have the biggest hearts and personalities, the loudest voices and ideas or desires to be in charge of making ALL the decisions!! We desperately need a sitter who is strong willed and wont put up with disrespect and inappropriate behavior mixed with a kind heart and empathy for their situation but is willing to provide clear expectations and will follow thru on consequences if they are not met! we need someone who can turn the negativity and over emotional energy in this house into a fun loving, positive and respectful energy instead!!!
