Need Help Surviving Raising Grands After Retired

Looking for help with my grandsons both with ADHD after school .. homework and family dinner manners Additional hours avail weekends if wanted . Dream candidate would be flexible for assist with travel .. we r retired and e schooling help would be a plus during the cold winter months . We are retired raising kids from a daughter we adopted who couldn't handle being a parent and abandoned the kids with us. We want the best for them but also a chance to enjoy a retirement mentality with travel and some adult social time. The boys love being active outside and love close interaction with an interested adult. They need help with self discipline and impulse control .. thinking forward rather than just adrenaline reaction. We are looking for someone familiar with adhd and tough enough to enforce rules/boundaries set Dependable vehicle needed / plenty of parking rural We have 3 dogs and also chickens outside
