Looking for nanny who can help into toddler stage -At least 5 years of paid professional childcare experience with infants and toddlers, ideally in-home -Knowledgeable of child development and milestones, especially toddler stage -Able to maintain child's daily routine -Calm and patient and can co-regulate -Physical ability to go on long walks with child, actively play at child's level, and safely lift (car seat) and transfer child with ease -Confident in abilities as a nanny -Adaptable to developmental stages -Open to collaboration with parents -Great communicator and proactive -Playful and engaging -Reliable, punctual, organized, and flexible -Screen-free around child -Not wear perfumes, strong scents around child -Ability to provide at least 3 professional references (2 from most recent employers)
