About the job
We are looking for help 1-2 afternoons/evenings a week from 3 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. (depending on the day) to 7:30 p.m. We can be somewhat flexible on days; however, we need at least one day to be on a Friday or weekend. Our energetic and funny special needs 5yo can have high energy and be a bit physically impulsive at times, so he needs assistance managing his emotions and behavior. He loves to connect with adults (very important), play games, and go to the playground. Our sweet 3yo is shyer and loves to play, sometimes independently. They love to go outside in all weather. Our ideal candidate has experience working with special needs children, is energetic, takes charge with activities, and will proactively interact and connect with both boys. We have 2 friendly cats.
