About the job
We are looking for a long term nanny for 3 children in Eden Prairie. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. For the summer it will be all 3 boys, but in the fall when school starts my oldest 2 will be going to school so it would just be the baby. Im looking for someone who is confident in handling 3 boys and can curb their high energy into productive activities. I work from home so I will be around, but I need someone I can trust so I can turn my mom brain off to work. My husband and I are both goal oriented people and would want our nanny to also be organized with the children by having a schedule for them, planning ahead, and also allowing them to be boys and be a little loud. Im thinking **controlled chaos**. We are a Christian family and would love a nanny who shares our values.
