Nanny Share For Toddler And Infant

Hello! I am looking for a full time nanny who would be open to doing a nanny share with another family. We have a 14-month-old boy and I have paired up with another family who has a 5 month girl in hopes of find a good childcare solution that works for both of us. We live 5 min apart and would be fine using either of our houses as the home base or alternating as needed. I have 2 dogs, she has 2 cats, so there would be animals at either house. They need care for their little girl asap (part time or full time), I need full time care starting in December. If someone wanted to start out now with the other family, and our son could get added in in December, that would be great. We would love someone comfortable with both ages. My little boy is a very happy energetic boy who loves to meet people and explore. Their little girl is not moving around yet but will be soon I'm sure!
