Nanny Needed For My Children In Dayton.

Looking for a Montessori trained nanny to join our family. My husband and I have two boys, ages 3 years and 4 months. He works from home and I am home with the boys but we would like support to give our 3-year-old a more structured day versus placing in childcare. He is very smart and loves to stay busy. We would work out a more permanent daily schedule as we get our new routine down together but ideally, our nanny would work with our oldest for the morning work cycle and help us get through lunch and down for nap. Potential for more hours after that as we get into the swing of things.
