About the job
He attends a daycare center currently but could benefit from more 1x1 care. We are new to hiring a nanny and still investigating if full time or part time is the right option. He is developmentally delayed mainly with speach he's starting to use two words at once but not full sentences yet. He also has some oral sensory needs and has a difficult time with transitions. He does have an IEP and receives therapies. Looking for a nanny who could help him learn and grow, but might still have him attend daycare part time so he gets the social interaction. We are just looking for the right fit and are open to having a conversation and answering questions you might have. Our jobs are very flexible so days of the week and hours can be moved around accordingly. If you feel you might be a good fit we'd love to hear from you!
