We are a loving family seeking a compassionate and experienced nanny to care for our 12-year-old child with autism during the summer months while one parent is working from home. Our child enjoys walks, science, reading, and baking. We are looking for someone who can provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Qualifications and Responsibilities include: Provide attentive and personalized care for our child, Assist with daily routines (including meals), Engage in activities that cater to our child's interests, Previous experience working with children with autism or other special needs preferred, Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children, Ability to manage challenging behaviors in a calm and effective manner, Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
