We have a son who is very active and loves to be outside and play. Would be great to have more structured activities in the afternooon with him and someone who can take him to park or watch while mom takes care of newborn. Help with newborn may also be required. Dad works from home so can support and can be flexible. Ideal is helping in mornings or afternoons, but preferably afternoons with occasional babysitting in evenings or weekends. Possibility of travel with our family to help on vacations if interested.
