Searching for a PCA for my 5-year-old daughter. I'd like to find someone for Tuesdays & Thursdays after school hours 3:30-6, from 9-4 on non-school weekdays and over the summer. All of this is flexible since we both work at home. We work with Accra for the business administration side of our waiver services so the individual would need to pass a background check. Prefer someone with experience with neurodivergent/ADHD kiddos and/or early childhood educator. Okay too if you have similar aged child to be a playmate. Learning boundaries, learning to be a good friend/playmate, personal safety. Seeking someone to play games, go to the park, etc while we are working. We have parking but are not close to public transportation. No pets
