Nanny Needed For 2 Children

We seek a loving nanny who will play with our 7 and 3-year-old girls. We have a 'gentle parenting' style and practice child-led play and encourage outdoor play, reading, and active activities. We want a fun and engaging nanny who sees our children as individual persons to thrive, discover, and build relationship with, and not persons to be controlled. Must demonstrate initiative, be comfortable with household tasks and be efficient and joyful. We don't allow screen time for our kids and expect the nanny to do same. We are a Christian faith-based home and teach our children about God & faith, and embed prayer in our daily life, and seek a nanny who would encourage and model those values. We periodically foster a cat. Looking for part time 3-5 hours each day mostly but could be flexible. We homeschool & work from home.
