M-F/ 9-4 with some variation (planned in advance). I work from home 3-4 days a week. Since the boys are older (8/11), the job is mainly monitoring screen time, keeping them on task (reading 20 min/day, picking up) and playing. Last year, their favorite activities were going out, Bowling and playing Roblox together. They also like to spend time outside and visiting neighbor kids. I would also appreciate help with household tasks like dishes, picking up and organizing.
