Summer Nanny Needed For 1 Special Needs Kiddo In Anoka Area

I'm looking for full time non-live in nanny for the 2025 summer to hang out with my very active & awesome 12-year-old boy with autism whom is also mostly non-verbal. He uses a speech tablet and/or PECS like a pro! We're looking for someone that can be firm yet fun and be able to handle potential aggressive behaviors calmly & safely. Daily tasks would include preparing simple meals/snacks & adhering to guided school-like daily activities. Will need to have valid drivers license, insurance and reliable transportation. We have no pets. No smoking in home. Peanut butter is a main staple food for my picky eater so we are not able to accommodate anyone with peanut allergies. Prefer someone with experience working with special needs kids, but not a requirement. Must pass background check, including fingerprints. We use a payroll service.
