Part Time Nanny In Andover

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child. My schedule rotates but I do know it a few weeks in advance. Most weeks will be 3 days a week, and once a month will just be 2 days a week. I do have a dog, she is old and sleeps a lot. Would be open to nanny sharing too. Looking for someone with experience, kind, caring, likes to be involved, and can be creative. If time permits I wouldn't be opposed to help around the house, but this is not an expectation, just that you clean up after yourself.
