Nanny Needed For My Children In Zeeland.

Hello! My daughter is now 9 months old and I'm looking for a reliable nanny who can take care of her during the day so that this momma can get her productivity back! At the moment she's crawling -- not yet walking but trying to. Care. com had me select which days/times I need, and I selected M, T, W, Th, and Fri in the mornings and afternoons, but I'm able to be flexible so if there's a really great fit who is only able to come 3 or 4 days a week instead of 5, that could still work (especially if it was 4 rather than 3). Or say, if someone is a great fit & they can do mornings 5 days a week but can only do afternoons 3 days/week, we can make that sort of thing work too. The priority is finding someone who is the right fit and who is able to do it for awhile so I'm not trying to re-interview and hire someone again a few months from now
