Nanny Needed For My Child In Zeeland.

Hi! My daughter is 9 months old; I'm looking for a reliable nanny during the day so that this momma can get her productivity back! At the moment she's crawling stage, not yet walking. Care. com had me select days/times I need, so I selected M, T, W, Th, & Fri in the mornings & afternoons, but I can be flexible so if there's a really great fit who is only able to come 3 or 4 days a week instead of 5, that could still work (especially if it was 4 rather than 3). Or say, if someone is a great fit & they can do mornings 5 days a week but can only do afternoons 3 days/week, we can make that sort of thing work. The priority is finding someone who is the right fit and who is able to do it for awhile so I'm not trying to re-interview and hire someone again a few months from now. The best fit will be someone who is able to travel with us, too.
