2-year-old: loves to watch Ms. Rachel on . He enjoys the park, if the weather permits. Occasionally we go out for fries ( usually medium) He usually naps around noon. Try not to let him nap long, it helps bedtime go smoother. I usually let him nap for a hour or less than 2. For bedtime he loves to listen to white noise, preferably rain sounds. My newborn: Eats every 3-4 hours, depending on his mood. He love white noise as well. He sleeps on his back only and hates being swaddled, so I usually wrap the blanket under his arms.
