Nanny Needed For 9 Month Old Boy In Ypsilanti

We are looking for a permanent nanny who will be with our family for the next several years. We both work from home, but have our own offices separate from the baby's space. We also have a 4-year-old mini-daschund pup. We're looking for a loving, warm person who will nurture and stimulate our baby with fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. An understanding of child development and ability to help him achieve milestones is a must. Communication is also important to us. We welcome feedback and view it as a natural part of working together, so being receptive and open is key. We also keep a daily log of baby's wake and sleep times, bowel movements, and the amount he eats and drinks. We don't expect housekeeping aside from light chores related to the baby's care, such as his laundry, baby dishes, emptying diaper pails etc.
