The caregiver should be laid back, enjoy snuggling and playing with the baby, and be good at getting a baby down for a nap. Full focus on the baby. We don't need any additional things at the home accomplished, light cleaning would be a plus, but the focus is our child. I should note we would not need care until January 2026. It appears I can't modify the start date for that far out, but I wanted to start looking now.
