I need someone to be able to care for my 3-month-old daughter. I would like them to come to my house. A caretaker who is interactive with my baby would be ideal. She has already started developing a personality and loves spending time with others. Currently, I only need someone part-time from noon to 4 p.m. I have two older daughters who go to school. They will return home at 3:30 but will not require any care. They can independently take care of themselves.
