We have a 2-year-old and a new baby coming in Mar. We are looking for a live-in nanny who can change their schedule as our needs change: From Dec - Mar, hours would be mostly nights and weekends. From Mar-May-ish (until baby is sleeping through the night), it would mostly be overnights with baby and some hours in the late afternoon with toddler. After baby is sleeping through the night, it would mostly be days with toddler and baby. Light housekeeping and meal prep are also part of the responsibilities. Guaranteed $300+/wk from now-March, then guaranteed $400-$500/wk after baby is born. $15/hr when watching 1 child; increased to $18/hr when watching 2 children. We have a private furnished basement with a gym, kitchenette, and private bathroom that you can call home while staying with us, included as part of the compensation.
