Babysitter Needed For 3 Children

We are seeking a reliable and flexible babysitter to help care for our three children (6 yrs, 4 yrs, and 1 year). The position involves babysitting 2-3 times a week for 2-4 hours per session. We need someone who can be available both during the day and occasionally in the evenings, depending on our needs. Additionally, we would love for the babysitter to engage the kids in outdoor activities, crafting, reading, and playing.
