Not sure if the caregiver should come here or I take my son to their location. I'm a first-time mom going back to work. I may only go back part time, but I am unsure at this time. My son is almost 3 months old. I am trying to keep him out a daycare setting right away so he can have some more one on one time during his first year of life if I am unable to stay with him while having to work.
