My wife and I are looking for a caring Nanny to help nurture and develop our 3-month-old boy during the week days as we both work full-time and pursue Master's degrees. He is already on a pretty good schedule and sleeps 12 hours through the night so mostly wants to interact on the playmat, read books, nap, and of course eat during the day. Mom works from home M-F, dad works from home 2-3 days/week so at least one of us will almost always be in home office in case of emergencies/help needed.
