Early Childhood Educator Needed For 1 Child In Royal Oak.

We are looking for a great nanny for an 18-month-old boy in Royal Oak. We prefer someone with experience or a passion for early childhood education. The ideal candidate would not view their role as a babysitter but rather a true educator to a toddler. We look for someone that would engage with our son - develop structured playtime activities with a focus on cognitive, emotional and motor development. Working on language skills, creativity and coming up with fun learning activities. We are looking for 1-2 days per week to start and if it is a good fit, we are willing to increase hours to 4 days (but are also okay with keeping the schedule at 1-2 days). Willing to pay premium competitive rates for someone able to demonstrate a great fit.
