Compensation + Benefits - $50 per hour; full time - 2 weeks paid vacation/ year - 5 paid sick days/year - If weather is unsafe to drive that becomes an additional paid off day - Must be willing to drive kids to activities - Must be willing to be active and do things like take them on walks to the park, take them swimming in our pool, play outside, do arts and crafts, get messy, etc. - Must be willing to help around the house with dishes, cooking, tidying up, laundry (folding and putting away kids laundry and then just folding our laundry and I will put away). - Must be willing to travel with us if needed (this would be rare maybe once a year)
