Nanny Needed For 1 Child

I am looking for a nanny for my two children (2 months and 3 years old). I am looking for someone that can provide a structured schedule for my son with hands on activities. We would like our son to stay away from screen time and engage with outdoor activities as much as possible. Both me and my husband are hybrid workers, so one of us would be home at all times. We typically can be off by 5:00 p.m. but may need a little added time when meetings run late.
