Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Rockford

We have an energetic almost 3-year-old son and a baby girl on the way (due in April!) We're looking for a reliable person to play with our toddler and help out with the baby. I'm in meetings a lot during the day and work from home. I'll be around to help as needed. And hours can be flexible for emergencies or work life balance :). Ideally someone would be here by 8:30 a.m. and be able to stay until 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with a lunch hour in the middle of the day if you'd like. We have a pet dog who's extremely friendly and outside most of the day. We live near Cowan lake in Rockford and have a large yard for outside activities including a playset. Currently our son is in full time daycare, but having two children in commercial daycare is outside of our budget.
