I'm looking for a reliable nanny to help care for my 18-month-old twins and occasionally my 2-month-old. I need someone to watch the kids while I run errands or get things done around the house. We live with my elderly in-laws, who help out but have limited mobility, so I need some extra support. Light meal prep for the twins, minor cleaning (mainly after them), and teaching them basic things would be a huge plus. I'm looking for someone caring, patient, and experienced to give me a break when needed.
