Full Time Childcare For Two

We are looking for care for our two children, 3-year-old son and 3-month-old daughter. We would like to find someone that has experience with multitasking at least two children at one time. They must be punctual and responsible, as well as have excellent communication. Our son is warm and affectionate, very active and loves to be outside. We would like someone that describes themself the same way. Flexibility in daily routine is a must, as we encourage autonomy with activities and play, as much as reasonable. There will be minimal housework required, primarily emptying and reloading the dishwasher, picking up toys, and meal prepping for our son. Safety is important to us, especially around food/choking and sleep safety. CPR certified is preferred.
