Reoccurring Babysitter Needed For Two Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Pontiac. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and some meal prep. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. The two children have special needs. They are autistic, non-verbal and are in the stages of potty training. I travel for work sometimes three weeks at a time. I need someone available on the days their dad isn't at work and someone who will be able to take and pick them up from school/therapy on days I don't work. It sounds like a lot, and we can discuss further. I do have a teenager who's capable of helping out as well.
