Full Time Caregiver Needed

I'm looking for a full time caregiver for my 3-year-old daughter. She is fully potty trained, excels in defined communication, and is generally an easy child to care for. She would need meals made during the day. This position would be long term, so someone willing to stay for the long haul would be our greatest gift. This position would include coming to our home at 5:30 a.m. and staying until 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. My position has me on night shift, so during this time I would be home but asleep. Care would be needed 3 days a week, some weeks I do work weekends and would only need care a singular day that week. However, I am happy to provide a steady pay that remains the same regardless of the hours worked. Meaning, there would be a set amount biweekly and if care was only needed one day per week I would provide the agreed amount regardless.
