Full-time Nanny For Two Children

My husband and I are looking for a nanny for our 21-month-old, E, and infant (born December 9th), M. We would love to find a career nanny who is looking to stay with us until the boys go off to school. We would greatly value someone with 5+ years of experience as a nanny. We would like to find someone with experience caring for two children under the age of two. We want a nanny who has a love and interest in teaching, reading, arts and crafts, and being active with the boys. My husband and I both work from home so you would be in the house with us daily. There will be times throughout the day that we will spend time with the boys (and you) so being comfortable with us in the house is a must. We are both personable and easy-going. Flexibility to work extended hours is rare but necessary in case of work meetings. We would give as much advanced notice as possible (and also understanding if there are times you cannot accommodate). We would also like for this person to be open to date nights and, if comfortable, overnights when we go on kid-free trips. Nanny Qualities and Skills Required 5 years of experience Non-smoker Must have a reliable vehicle CPR and first-aid certifications (nice to have, not required) Pet-friendly (we have one large, very friendly dog) Light housekeeping Meal prep Planning activities and outings Notes: I will be on maternity leave until March 3rd. Our current nanny is relocating out of state and will be with us until February 21st. Ideally, I'd love to have someone in place to have overlap while she is still here and before I go back to work.
