I work from home part of the week, but I'm on calls most of the day, so I'm expecting to need some help once I return to work. I do expect to be in the office 1-2 days a week, but they're usually short days. Overall my schedule is pretty flexible and I'll know days if not weeks in advance what days I will be needed in the office. Our family includes two German Shepherds and a cat.
